ممنونم از اینکه اهمیت دادی و پاسخ دادی، ریست فکتوری کردم طبق:
The most convenient way to do a factory reset is via the settings.
1.From the Home screen, press , and then tap Settings.
2.Tap SD & phone storage > Factory data reset.
3.Tap Reset phone, and then tap Erase everything
و همچنین:
1.Turn the power off. If your HTC Chacha is frozen, pull the battery out and reinsert it
2.Hold the Volume Down button
3.Press and hold the Power button until the device turns on
4.You are now presented with a menu that allows for Fastbook, Recovery, Clear Storage, and Simlock
5.Select Clear Storage by pressing the Volume Down button
6.Press and release the Power button
7.Now simply confirm your decision: Volume Up for YES and Volume Down for NO
یه بار هم سخت افزاری recover کردم ، اما بازم پیغام force close را میده، sd card را هم clear & ummount کردم بازم بیفایده است!

1391/2/24 سلام دوستان اینجا کسی هست که گوشیش htc chacha باشه؟، گوشیم موقعی که میخام باش تماس بگیرم FORCE CLOSE میزنه، Contacts Storage و Google Services Framework را clear کردم اما بازم درست نشده، ADVANCED TASK KILLER را هم نصب کردم اما بی فایدس!، به htc ریپورت هم کردم اما جوابی نگرفتم.
